PCPCC Webinar: New Center Structure PresentationTuesday, September 11, 2012 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM EDTAs you know, the Primary Care Collaborative (PCPCC) has had an incredible year! Nearly everyone in health care and health policy is talking about investing in primary care as a solution to transforming our health care system to one that delivers on the triple aim of better care, better health, at lower cost. The Primary Care Collaborative (PCPCC) has been front and center during this groundswell of support for primary care and will continue to do so in the upcoming years. In order to streamline our work and efforts on this front, we have been working to develop a new infrastructure that will allow for diverse partners and stakeholders to understand our mission and goals as well as increase their involvement in the PCPCC. On this briefing, Marci Nielsen, PhD, MPH, Executive Director and Amy Gibson, MS, RN, COO, will describe the new organization of the PCPCC and inform participants on how they can get involved.
