Marian F. Earls, MD, MTS, FAAP is board-certified in both General Pediatrics and Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics. Her career has focused on Medicaid and EPSDT policy, practice transformation, integration of mental health into pediatric practice and cross sector-collaboration and systems-based approaches to support this work at the community and state level.  She has served as Chair of the AAP Mental Health Work Group, co-authoring the Mental Health Competencies statement and Mental Health Toolkit, and is Chair of the new AAP Council on Healthy Mental and Emotional Development.
